About the Role

As an advisor, you will become a close partner to DeLaval's customers – and a key person in the internal collaboration. You will work closely with dairy producers on training and consulting, primarily related to robotic milking. You will have the opportunity to strengthen customers' operational routines and contribute to improved milk production, animal health, and workflow. The role also involves conducting customer training, workshops, and marketing activities both digitally and on-site. You will plan and conduct training for both colleagues and external parties and collaborate with experts from both DeLaval Sales and DeLaval International to enhance value for the customer.

Your Profile

To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you have previous work experience in milk production and consulting. You have a strong ability to build trust and create long-term relationships, and you thrive in an advisory role where you get to work closely with people. You work in a structured manner with good planning skills and have experience documenting your work. As a person, you are engaged and communicative, and you enjoy educating, explaining, and inspiring others. You are self-driven and enjoy planning and taking responsibility for your own day-to-day work, while also being comfortable interacting with different types of people and easily creating good collaborations.

Requirements for the Position:

  • Experience in milk production
  • Experience in an advisory role
  • University degree; agronomist, farm manager, or equivalent
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of Office programs
  • Driving license B

Meritorious:

  • Experience with DeLaval's management systems

Other:

The position involves regular business travel and includes approximately one to two overnight stays per week.

Start date: By agreement

Extent: 100%

Employment form: Employment with DeLaval

Location: In this role, you will work with customers across Sweden, with a particular focus on Södermanland, Östergötland, Uppland, and Småland. Your geographical location is therefore not crucial, but it is seen as a significant advantage if you reside in one of these regions.
